Vaporesso Target Mini Starter Kit
We did stumble upon quite few of these mini starter kits in the last few months but there’s one that made such a strong impression that we just had to review it. It’s called the Vaporesso Target Mini and it’s one of the ceramic coil types of combos that actually does a great job when it comes to vapor quality and quantity. A tiny mod with a matching tank on top of it that’s able to reach 40W and looks so sexy in both black and silver.
The Vaporesso Target Mini comes packed in a beautiful white gift box and inside you will find the mod itself, the Guardian tank fitted with the 0.5 Ohm coil inside, a spare drip tip for mouth to lung vaping, a spare 1.5 Ohm mouth to lung type of coil, a great micro-USB charging cable and the user manual.
The mod measures 58 x 36 x 24 mm so it’s pretty stealthy but with a modern and impressive design. It has a solid 510 connector on the top with a spring loaded pin; the fire button, display and the adjustment buttons on the main side and the micro-USB slot on the base. It’s made from good quality materials and feels very good in the hand, with a decent amount of weight to it.
The Vaporesso Target Mini is a variable wattage device that also does temperature control and it can go from 5W up to 40W and fire down to 0.1 Ohms. It’s powered by an internal battery rated at 1400 mAh and with the 0.5 Ohm coil you’re looking at around 2h of vaping. In TC mode it works with Nickel, Titanium and Stainless Steel coils and you can use the down middle button to switch between them.
The Guardian tank that comes in this kit is pretty impressive as well and it has a total capacity of 2ml of e-liquid. It has a very efficient child proof mechanism that involves unscrewing the base of the drip tip in a direction and then the top cap of the tank in the other direction. The airflow control system is located also at the top so we’re looking at one of the most efficient leak proof designs out there.
With this tank you get two types of coils – the 0.5 Ohm version that requires the standard drip tip and a looser airflow, and the 1.5 Ohm version that requires the spare drip tip and a tighter airflow setting. With the 1.5 Ohm coil in the tank you’ll get twice the battery life but there’s an obvious sacrifice in terms of vapor production and flavor.
Overall we were more than impressed with the performance of the Vaporesso Target Mini kit and it’s exactly the type of combo we would use for a night out, a stroll or a picnic. Leak free, stealthy and above all a very solid performer, this device is well worth the price tag.
