WISMEC Reuleaux RX75W
A product designed by JayBo and inspired by Vaping With Twisted 420, the WISMEC Reuleaux RX75W is a very chic looking low profile mod that’s built to be stealthy and as powerful as a Joyetech VTC Mini. It has a unique way of firing (with the button being integrated in the battery door) and it comes with the Amor Mini tank on top of it.
The WISMEC Reuleaux RX75W comes packed in a black gift box and inside you will find the mod itself, the tank, a spare coil, two spare screws for the flip cover, a micro-USB charging cable (also used for firmware upgrades), a user’s manual and a spare front cover. It measures 87 x 47 x 22.5 mm so it’s pretty stealthy and the tank measures 52mm with a diameter of 22mm.
The mod feels pretty solid with no rattle and the finish is quite nice. The kit is available in four different “colors†and when we say colors we mean the two seems on the mod and the O-rings on the tank. You can choose these in black, green, red and white and it does make a difference that matches your character or style.
On the top of the WISMEC Reuleaux RX75W there’s the recessed 510 connector (which comes with a spring loaded pin) as well as the lock switch for the fire button. We have the micro-USB slot on the side and some venting holes but no buttons whatsoever and this is what makes this kit so interesting. The buttons and the display are hidden behind the front cover, which has a hinge at the base, and you can flip it to get access to the menu and settings.
The display and menu is very similar to that on the RX200 and if you use the transparent cover you can actually check out the OLED screen as you press the fire button. The mod is powered by a single 18650 battery that needs to have a discharge current of over 25A and it’s capable of reaching a maximum of 75W. The minimum resistance it can fire down to is 0.1 Ohms in variable wattage mode and 0.05 Ohms in temperature control mode. And speaking about temperature control it does Ni, Ti, SS and TCR.
The back cover on the WISMEC Reuleaux RX75W is magnetic, which means you can easily swap the battery and it’s also the fire button that needs to be pressed each time you take a puff. We have to say we really enjoy the way this feels in the hand and the whole mechanism works just perfectly.
The mod has upgradeable firmware, which means you’ll be able to unlock a wide variety of new features in the future and it also works in bypass mode where it mimics an unregulated device. In terms of performance the Amor Mini tank really shines on top of the WISMEC Reuleaux RX75W and despite its 2ml capacity it can chuck out big clouds without any effort. The tank comes with two drip tips but you can also use it without anything on top of it due to the signature JayBo design.
